This year has been filled with a lot of firsts for LoanPASS. In January, the initial production release of LoanPASS was introduced to the market at the virtual IMN NonQM conference. Shortly thereafter in February our first paying client came on board. The next first milestone happened in April when another client became the first to use our open API to build a custom website that is tied to their LoanPASS engine. This same client was the first to start using the LoanPASS integration with the Encompass LOS during the summer. The summer was also when we saw our first Bank client come on board to build out their portfolio Correspondent products for their customers to price their loans against for purchase. Just this past month we had our first broker client agree to move forward with us as their preliminary pricing engine against their core set of Investors as a way to help them determine the best loan with the best Investor for their borrowers.

And today LoanPASS hits another first milestone with the introduction of our blog website! We are excited to share all that is going on with LoanPASS to our clients and others through this new website. To start, we plan to have four general areas of the website;

  1. Users - This area will cover helpful tips and tricks for Administrators and users in configuring, supporting, and using LoanPASS.
  2. Developers - This area will be for those who develop against the public API or iFrame to integrate LoanPASS to other applications.
  3. Releases - LoanPASS product release notes to keep everyone informed of all the great features being added to the application.
  4. News - Here we will provide exciting updates to all things LoanPASS with our employees, company, clients, and vendor partners.

We will be connecting this website to both our marketing website and within the LoanPASS application for easy access. Please come back often to read about all the exciting growth we are experiencing with our clients and vendor partners in helping them achieve their business goals with the LoanPASS engine!

Sincerely,

Michael Lewis, President
