Welcome from San Antonio, where we just finished another very successful day at the 2022 ICBA conference! The month of February was a blur, as we attended and sponsored three different conferences for the first time and came away with great connections and new leads for LoanPASS.

The start of the month had us traveling out to beautiful Scottsdale, AZ to the National Lending Experts conference for private lending. Brett knows how to put on a great event! We met so many great people and learned a lot about the private lending market. We believe there is a growing need for a product like LoanPASS within the private lending market where many of the product offerings have guidelines and pricing that could and should be configured in a more automated fashion for Lenders to offer to their Loan Officers and Brokers and internal staff to help facilitate the lending process. We were so impressed with the NLE that when we met with the founder, Brett Al-azzawi, for breakfast he invited us to sponsor and speak on a technology panel at his upcoming Dallas NLE conference in June and we immediately said yes! Be sure to come out to Dallas and participate!

Shortly after NLE came the MBA commercial real estate financial conference Super Bowl weekend in sunny San Diego. The MBA really knows how to put on a conference, and we met with so many great commercial lenders and brokers who taught us a lot about this market. Again, we learned there is a segment of this market ready and able to take advantage of all the benefits of LoanPASS. In fact, we already have one that has become a client, and you will hearing more about them in the coming months.

We didn't just attend conferences in February either. We made great progress with many exciting new features that will add tremendous value for existing and future LoanPASS clients. And one additional exciting piece of news was the agreement we signed with ICE to enhance our integration in the coming months to be part of their Encompass marketplace! Lots of exciting things happening at LoanPASS, so make sure to continue to check in and stay up to date.

Thanks,

Michael Lewis
